If you need to cancel your booking for the Mountain House, please notify us as soon as possible. Payment is due as follows: A deposit of 50% of the reservation price is due at time of reservation confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations are subject to penalty as follows based upon days of notice prior to arrival:
60 days notice prior to arrival: 25% of the reservation price
59 - 21 days notice prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation price
Less than 21 days notice prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation price
We accept returns for pottery products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us on "info@adkmtnliving.com" for further instructions on initiating a return.
